She dropped off a few print-outs of properties in my price range and the area I was looking, but that was pretty much it. "I met my future agent at an open house. Brokers seeking agents to fill those homes can thank me later. She was hosting it for her Broker who I've since learned often asked her to stand in. I was immediately struck by her ability to read the moment. I should say my perception of agents back then had me prepared to be smothered room by room with an overeager incessant talker. She disarmed me by allowing me to walk through the home by myself! Can you imagine!
